I have noticed with some of my past recipes that they need more water when I use the sorghum by Bob Red Mills. I put like 1/4 more water.

I have celiac disease, and my husband and my daughter have food allergies and insensitivities. Therefore, this mama has to cook without wheat, oats, barley, rye, rice, corn, milk, eggs, soy and beef. I've been cooking this way since December 2005. I wanted my child to have the same foods everyone else has, but safer, healthier, and without allergens. Hopefully this blog will help others and make cooking easier for those who have the same circumstances we do.
